Tracy Thueson
Tracy has lived in the Greater Salt Lake City/Provo-Orem area for nearly 30 years and is very familiar with the local real estate market. In addition to selling residential and commercial properties, Tracy offers her expertise in new constructions, investment properties, land, and leasing.
She is well connected in the local and international community and has an extensive network of clients including home buyers & sellers, investors, and developers. Tracy founded Realty4U in 2019 and balances her career with raising three children alongside her husband.
Rachel Yuet Ching Law
Rachel was born and raised in Hong Kong, but moved to Provo to attend BYU, studying Microbiology. She has lived in Utah for 18 years and provides a unique understanding of the rapidly changing local real estate environment.
When she is not helping her clients find their dream homes, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family with outdoor activities, reading a good sci-fi/fantasy novel, playing piano, and eating good food.
David A. Dayton Ph.D.
David has lived in Utah for more than 25 years. He loves working with his wife and together they have worked as entrepreneurs, business owners, and realtors in Utah, Florida, and China.
David is a certified executive coach, he has an MBA and a PhD, and teaches Business Anthropology at UVU. David likes to relax by reading, hiking, running triathlons, and spoiling his grandchildren.
JD Thueson
JD is a licensed real estate agent with three years of experience serving clients across Utah County and Salt Lake County. With a background in investor-focused real estate and a current focus in finance studies, JD brings both practical experience and analytical insight to every transaction.
Known for strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, JD prioritizes building positive relationships with clients and tenants while ensuring each property is managed with care and efficiency. Dedicated to helping individuals and families find homes where they can put down roots, JD enjoys spending time outdoors and working on mechanical projects outside of real estate.
